Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer always longed to be multi-tasking star. When she was a kid she was fascinated by a myriad of genres of music, but she particularly enjoyed Afro-Caribbean styles like salsa merengue and the bachata as well as popular music such as pop, hip-hop and R&B. Although she loved films, it was the world of music that attracted her. West Side Story (1961) was the Rita Moreno musical that has had the most influence on her is also her biggest source of inspiration. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an entertainment artist, Jennifer became a Catholic schoolgirl, attending eight years at an Catholic elementary school called Holy Family located on The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after the four-year period. At high school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete and participated in tennis and track. The majority of her life was spent growing up in a house with two stories within the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer was forced to leave her house at age turned 18 and moved in with her family. Lopez started working in a law office while dancing in the evenings.
